Note: Our dance preschool programs are dancely. endorsed! Dancely. is an exciting dance curriculum for ages 3 - 6 that is designed to teach age-appropriate technique while enhancing gross motor skills for your pre-k dancers in a fun and engaging way! Dancely studios use original music from award-winning songwriters at Disney, Netflix and Marvel crafted specifically for the skills and techniques within the curriculum.
Ages: 2 - 3:
Tiny Tots, Wednesdays: 10 - 10:45 am
This playful class is designed for our youngest dancers to explore the world of music and movement in a fun and nurturing environment. This class introduces your child to a variety of musical styles that will get them moving and grooving while developing gross motor skills through creative dance, singing, and tumbling activities. Young dancers will build social skills through fun interactions with classmates in a safe and supportive space. Repetition and positive reinforcement help build confidence as your child explores their creativity. (Dancely.)

Mini Movers, Wednesdays 11:00 - 11:45 am or Thursdays, 5:15 - 6 pm
This playful class uses age-appropriate activities to nurture your child's physical development through dancing, singing, and creative movement. Your little one will develop gross motor skills in a fun and energetic way. We provide a safe space for self-expression and exploration, fostering creativity and imagination. Mini Movers is a great introduction to interacting with peers in a positive and encouraging environment. Most importantly, Mini Movers is all about having fun! Dance Jamz , Wednesdays, 4:15 - 5:15 pm
Explore different styles of dance in this fun and energetic class! Dancers will be introduced to basic Jazz, Hip Hop and Lyrical dance techniques. Students work on flexibility, isolations, leaps, turns, rhythm and creativity in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Super Stars Ballet/Tap Combo Class: Mondays, 4 - 5:45 pm
This fun and engaging ballet/tap combo class is designed for students in grades 2-3 to develop and refine their ballet and tap technique. Students will explore their creativity through self-expression and performance in a supportive and structured learning environment. We'll focus on proper technique while fostering a love for dance!

Junior Hip Hop, Mondays: 4:00 - 4:45 pm:
Explore various forms of hip hop dance in this active and energetic class. Dancers will work on strength and isolations as they dance to many of today's popular songs as well as some old-school classics.
Junior Jazz: Mondays, 4:45 - 5:45 pm
5 - 6- 7- 8! This energetic Jazz class for ages 10 - 13 will introduce you to the foundations of Jazz dance, incorporating fun and funky techniques to develop your coordination, rhythm, and overall dance skills. We'll explore a variety of Jazz styles, from classic Broadway to modern trends, while building confidence and self-expression in a supportive and positive environment.
Junior Tap: Tuesdays, 4:15 - 5:00 pm:
No more combo classes – it's time to dive deeper into the world of tap! In this energetic class, you'll master advanced tap technique, explore complex rhythms, and conquer classic tap choreography. Get ready to challenge yourself, have a blast, and develop your rhythm and coordination as you become a confident and skilled tapper!
Junior Ballet/Pre Pointe: Tuesdays, 5 - 6:15 pm
Take Flight in Junior Ballet/Pre-Pointe. This exciting class is designed for dancers ready to refine their ballet technique and prepare for pointe work. Students will focus on proper alignment, core strength, and advanced ballet skills to elevate your dancing. They will also prepare for Pointe by building the foot and ankle strength necessary for pointe shoes safely with targeted exercises and pre-pointe work. Finally, dancers will explore artistry and musicality, learning to tell stories through movement and develop your unique dance voice.
Junior Lyrical, Tuesdays, 6:15 - 6:45 pm
Ever been moved by a song and wanted to express it with your body? Lyrical dance is the perfect way to do just that! This introductory class welcomes dancers ages 10 - 12 to explore the beautiful world of lyrical movement. Dancers will learn storytelling through movement, while expressing emotions through dance. Jazz and ballet techniques are included in this class and those enrolled must also be enrolled in Junior Ballet.
Ages: 12 - 14
Teen Ballet: Tuesdays, 6:15 - 7:30 pm
In this ballet class students will continue to improve their ballet technique, flexibility, self-expression, and performance in a fun, structured and encouraging learning environment. Appropriate for students in 5th-9th grade with 3-4 years of ballet training. One additional ballet or dance technique class highly recommended but not required .
Teen Jazz: Tuesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Let us see your Jazz Hands! This energetic Jazz class for ages 13 - 18 will build on the foundations of Jazz dance, incorporating fun and funky techniques to develop coordination, rhythm, and overall dance skills. We'll explore a variety of Jazz styles, from classic Broadway to modern trends, while building confidence and self-expression Students work on flexibility, isolations, leaps, turns, rhythm and creativity. Enrolled students must also be enrolled in one other dance class (ballet highly recommended).
Teen Tap: Thursdays, 5:45 - 6:45 pm
In this Intermediate level tap class, students will continue to grow in their tap technique, rhythm, self-expression, and performance in a fun, structured and encouraging learning environment. For students in 6th-9th grade with 3-4 years of tap experience.
Teen Contemporary: Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:30 pm
Contemporary dance is a dynamic and expressive style that breaks free from the structure of ballet. You'll explore creating unique shapes with your body, expressing emotions through movement, and discovering a freedom of movement beyond traditional ballet technique. This class is perfect for dancers who want to push boundaries and tell stories with their bodies.
Students enrolled in modern must also be enrolled in ballet unless given prior approval.
Ages: 14 - 18
Senior Jazz: Mondays, 7:30 - 8:30 pm:
This class is for more advanced dancers who want to continue to build and work on skills in the art of Jazz. Students must be enrolled in at least one other class, ballet is recommended.
Senior Ballet: Tuesdays, 6:15 - 7:30 pm
In this ballet class students will continue to improve their ballet technique, flexibility, self-expression, and performance in a fun, structured and encouraging learning environment. Students must have 4-5 years of ballet training and be pre-approved for this class.
Senior Contemporary: Thursdays, 5:45 - 6:45 pm
Contemporary dance is a dynamic and expressive style that breaks free from the structure of ballet. You'll explore creating unique shapes with your body, expressing emotions through movement, and discovering a freedom of movement beyond traditional ballet technique. In this advance level tap class students will continue to grow in their tap technique, rhythm, self-expression, and performance in a fun, structured and encouraging learning environment. For students in 8th-12th grade with at least 4-5 years tap experience.
Ages: 11 - 18
Teen/Senior Pointe: Mondays, 5 - 6 pm
Pointe class is an exciting way to elevate your ballet technique by dancing on pointe shoes. Dancers need prior ballet class experience and must be pre-approved.
Hip Hop Crew: Thursdays, 6:45 - 7:30 pm
Hip Hop crew is a fun and active class that explores various forms of hip hop dance. Dancers will work on strength and isolations as they dance to many of today's popular songs as well as some old-school classics. Class is for students ages 13 and up.
Ages: 6 - 18
Acro Skills, Wednesdays (AT THE GYM),4:30 - 5:30 pm
This class is designed to help dancers improve in their flexibility, strength, balance, tumbling tricks, and partner work used in many types of dance choreography. In this class students will progress through skills safely, based on their abilities.
Ages: 16 - Adult:
Adult Tap: Mondays, Noon to 12:45
Join Miss Karen on your lunch break for this fun and energetic class that will sharpen your mind and your dance skills. This class is
for all abilities. Do not be afraid to try! This is a punch-card class. (4 classes @ $45 or 10 classes @ $100.)
Dance Stars: Wednesdays, 5 - 5:45 pm
Do you love music and movement? Dance Stars is a fun and inclusive dance class designed specifically for teens and adults with special needs. In this class, you’ll Explore creative movement and discover the joy of dance in a supportive, safe and encouraging environment. Learn basic dance skills at your own pace, focusing on coordination, rhythm, and having fun!
Build Confidence: Gain confidence in your body and abilities through positive reinforcement and celebrating your individuality. Connect with other amazing dancers and form lasting friendships in a welcoming and inclusive community.
Dance Stars is perfect for Teens and adults with special needs who want to experience the joy of dance. Dancers of all abilities who thrive in a supportive and understanding environment. Anyone who loves music and wants to move their body! No prior dance experience is necessary.
Ages 6 - 18:
Company: Mondays
Company is for dancers who want to enhance and increase their dance experiences. Members are chosen by audition and serve as class assistants and role models for CCPA. They perform in the annual Christmas show and attend competitions and conventions throughout the school year. Additional costs apply. For more information, contact Miss Angie.
Teen/Senior Company and Student Assistant Training: Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8 pm (Free with Company membership Fee)
This is a required class for Teen and Senior members of company. Dancers will be properly trained on how to be class assistants, how to teach/spot basic dance techniques, discuss overall health and well-being and, when appropriate, practice solo and small group dances.
Theatre:
Ages: 7 - 13
Dabbling in Drama (6 - week course): Fridays, 2 - 3:15 pm: FREE
There is more to Drama than you may think! Each week, students will learn a different aspect of theatre including design, stage combat, makeup, playwriting, acting and more! This is a FREE six week session (Sept 20 - November 1) sponsored by the Wyoming Arts Council. (Grades 1 - 8, class split by ages)
Gymnastics:
Ages 1.5 - 3 (With Care-giver)
Giggle and Grow Gymnastics: Mondays or Tuesdays: 11 - 11:45 (Punch Card Class)
This is a caregiver/child class that introduces our youngest gymnasts to some of our equipment. Development of gross motor skills and socialization takes priority in this class where kids climb, jump, balance, hang and tumble. This is a Punch Card Class.
Ages 3 - 4
Tumble Monkeys: Mondays or Tuesdays; 10 - 10:45 am
Tumble Monkeys are for boys and girls of ages 3 to 5-year old. Classes meet once per week for 45 minutes and introduce the student to elementary gymnastic skills such as tumbling and body shapes. Classes also emphasize hanging, support, balance, and motor skills. This class utilizes bars, beams, trampoline, and floor.
Ages 4 - 5
Little Lemurs (Intro to Gymnastics): Mondays, 2 - 2:45 pm or Tuesdays, 9 - 9:45 am:
Little Lemurs are for boys and girls of ages 3 to 5-year old. Classes meet once per week for 45 minutes and introduce the student to elementary gymnastic skills such as tumbling and body shapes. Classes also emphasize hanging, support, balance, and motor skills. This class utilizes bars, beams, trampoline, and floor.
Ages 5 - 8
Terrific Tigers (Beginner): Tuesdays or Thursdays; 4 - 5pm: or Fridays 2:30 - 3:30
Beginning Gymnastics classes are for boys and girls ages 5 years old and up. Classes meet for 1 hour a week and is the next step for students making the transition from intro to gymnastics into the beginner classes. This class primarily focuses on elementary tumbling skills utilizing bars, beams, trampoline, and vaulting with the goal of increasing strength, balance and flexibility.
This is the entry level gymnastics class and is the best choice for those who have no prior gymnastics experience.
Ages 6 - 12
Leaping Lions (Intermediate): Mondays or Wednesdays 4 - 5 pm; or Fridays 3:45 - 4:45
Intermediate Gymnastics classes are for ages 6 years old and up. Classes meet for 1 hour, once or twice per week. This class is for students who have developed the strength and flexibility to progress on all events. Intermediate Gymnastics is for the students making the transition from beginning gymnastics to intermediate and continue progression beyond basic mastery for all the major components of gymnastics.
Pre Team: Wednesdays, 5 - 6:30 pm
This class meets once per week for 1.5 hours. The class focuses on the primary skills needed to become part of our competitive team. Pre-team offers strength and conditioning, flexibility, mastery of skills and the structure needed for potential advancement to the competitive team. Further advancement to the competitive team requires permission from the coach and is not assured nor is it a requirement for participation in the Pre-team class. It is recommended that gymnasts come on Fridays for the optional practice hour from 3:15-4:15 as a drop in/punch card class.
Valor Team: Schedule varies
Valor Team is our USA Gymnastics competitive team. Placement on the team is via tryout. Gymnasts compete in several regional competitions in all aspects of gymnastics including floor, balance beam, vault and bars. Extra fees apply. See Coach Katie for more information.
